What is included in the Sacred Bliss Retreat package?
Each retreat package includes:
- Luxury accommodations (shared or private, based on your chosen package).
- Daily yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation sessions.
- Plant-based gourmet meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- All group activities, such as breathwork, ecstatic dance, and workshops.
- Sacred water purification ceremony and evening sharing circles.

Do I need prior experience in yoga or meditation to join?
No prior experience is necessary. Sacred Bliss Retreats are open to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Our experienced instructors tailor each session to meet participants at their level of experience and comfort.
Where exactly are the retreats located in Bali?
Our retreats are held in secluded, serene locations across Bali. Think lush rice paddies, tranquil jungles, and ocean-view villas. Each venue is chosen for its peace, beauty, and connection to nature, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots.
How many participants are in each retreat?
To maintain an intimate and personalized experience, our retreats are limited to 10–12 participants. This allows for deeper connections and focused attention from facilitators.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Here’s a suggested packing list:
- Comfortable clothing for yoga and movement sessions.
- Swimwear for pool time or water purification ceremonies.
- A refillable water bottle.
- Personal toiletries and medications.
- A journal or notebook for reflection.
- Yoga mats and other equipment are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Are flights and transportation to Bali included?
Flights to and from Bali are not included in the retreat package. However, we provide complimentary airport transfers from Ngurah Rai International Airport to the retreat venue for your convenience.
Can dietary restrictions or preferences be accommodated?
Absolutely. Our meals are plant-based and can accommodate a variety of dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-specific requirements. Please inform us in advance of any dietary preferences or restrictions.
What is your cancellation and voucher policy?
Cancellations 60+ days before the retreat: A full-value voucher valid for 12 months.
Cancellations 30–59 days before the retreat: A voucher worth 75% of the retreat cost, valid for 12 months.
Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat: A voucher worth 50% of the retreat cost, valid for 12 months.
Please note: No cash refunds are provided. Vouchers can be applied to any future Sacred Bliss Retreats.
What is a typical day like at Sacred Bliss Retreats?
A typical day is designed to balance movement, connection, and relaxation:
7:00 AM: Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or Kung Fu session.
8:00 AM: Breakfast.
9:30 AM: Yoga or breathwork session.
11:00 AM: Free time to relax, explore, or unwind.
1:00 PM: Lunch.
2:30 PM: Workshop or group coaching session.
4:00 PM: Ecstatic or contact dance session.
6:00 PM: Dinner.
8:30 PM: Evening sharing circle or sacred ritual.
